Superintendents scheduling, consolidated to one owner

The challenge

The project scaled from 30 to more than 500 personnel inside an active hospital campus. Every trade needed deliveries into a single unloading area without blocking ambulance routes or medical district traffic.

The solution

Voyage Control consolidated scheduling that had been fragmented across five superintendents into one platform. Real-time visibility of truck arrivals removed the impact on local traffic and hospital operations.

Implementation

A single point person took oversight of all deliveries through the platform, replacing spreadsheets and phone calls. Trackable metrics let the team manage the programme proactively rather than reactively.

The results

Five hours a week came back to every foreman and superintendent, road blockage affecting ambulances was minimised, and field engineers gained real control over material timing.

“Voyage Control is the most organized delivery system I’ve dealt with.”
