A seven-storey apartment tower being converted into a hotel, with no on-site parking and no designated delivery zones. Limited staff made managing deliveries alongside construction activity progressively harder.

Automated scheduling that prevented double bookings, letting staff accept, reject or reschedule deliveries and tag resources such as material hoists to each booking.

The system closed delivery slots automatically once booked, and produced documented schedules with delivery windows the field team could enforce. Resource tagging removed equipment coordination overhead.

Double bookings were prevented even without secondary staging space, unscheduled deliveries stopped disrupting the day, and enforced delivery timings improved productivity.
