The challenge
The project needed efficient management of deliveries and high-value shared resources on a constrained New York site. Manual coordination was consuming a significant share of site leadership’s time.
The solution
Voyage Control streamlined delivery scheduling with real-time calendar visibility, giving the team control over delivery windows, traffic flow and resource allocation across four loading areas.
Implementation
The site team adopted the platform and, after eight months of use, installed a weekly calendar display on site between the North and South Gates for dock master visibility.
The results
More than 800 deliveries and 60 trade partners were coordinated through one system, cutting administrative burden and improving adherence to the programme.
