Voyage Control brought subcontractor visits into advance scheduling, optimised truck parking use and managed inbound and outbound flow across seven delivery areas.

Site managers issued a one-page onboarding document so subcontractors could self-onboard. Administrative privileges were centralised to authorised personnel to prevent unauthorised schedule changes.

Proactive delivery management reduced delays, manual coordination time fell, double-booking was prevented at system level, and the platform became a single source of truth for every stakeholder.
